Lose to Win is a 10-week weight loss program where certified trainers help you achieve your personal weight loss goals.
- Workout by yourself and with your team to lose weight and improve your overall health and fitness
- Stay motivated with guidance and coaching from our highly-qualified personal trainers
- Increase your energy and feel better
- Learn about healthy eating and proper nutrition
- Get results by participating in weekly Boot Camp, Weight Loss Interval Classes and Team Challenges

Lose to Win 2012 includes the following program benchmarks:

| Challenge #1: | Saturday, February 4, 2012 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. |
| Challenge #2: | Saturday, February 25, 2012 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. |
| Challenge #3: | Saturday, March 17, 2012 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. |
| Final Check-in: | Prior to March 23, 2012 |
| Closing Ceremony: | Friday, March 23, 2012 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. |
NOTE: All information including weight and body fat will be kept confidential by LHFC staff.
Cost & Program Benefits
The cost is $175.00 for Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center members; payment can be divided into three monthly payments of $58.34 each. The cost for Non-Members is $350.00.
Lose to Win participants receive the following benefits through the program:
- Initial assessment, including height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, resting heart rate, waist-to-hip ratio and grip strength
- Goal setting instruction by expert staff
- Fitness training, including boot camps, fundamentals and team workouts
- Nutrition support and seven-day food logs
- Weekly projects
- Community outreach
- Follow-up assessment at the end of the program
In addition, we are offering a $1,000 cash prize to the team coming in first place, as well as weekly $100 cash prizes.
