Our classes rock!

From Zumba to Yoga to Kick-n-Kombat and Spin, we've got something really fun for everybody in the family! If you prefer burning calories in the pool, we've got a complete lineup of water classes as well.

If you're working on basic mobility for Arthritis, you're not left out - check out our warm-water therapy pool that lets everyone get involved!
