Q. How do I get information on memberships?
A. The best option would be to call ahead to make an appointment to see the club with a membership representative. This way you will be able to see for yourself how great our Club looks and see everything you would be entitled to with your membership. Please contact or Membership department

Q. What other benefits does a membership at Lindenhurst Health and FitnessCenter include?
A. Membership includes the following:
- Your choice of a Fitness Package or a Wellness package upon joining that include services to help integrate you into the club and get results!

- Full use of the health club
- 4-Lap lane swimming Pool
- Warm Water Therapy Pool
- Fitness equipment including resistance machines, free weights and cardio equipment
- Over 70 group exercise classes including spinning, yoga, Pilates, and Body Pump
- Indoor Track
- Gymnasium with open gym times
- Full locker & towel service
- Steam Room and Whirlpool in men’s and women’s locker room
- Childcare is included if children are on the membership
- Advanced registration for swimming lessons
- Discounts on spa services
- FitKids active childcare, family swim, and family gym are included if children are on
the membership.
Q. Can I bring in guests?
A. Yes, our members are welcome to show off their club by bringing in family and friends. LHFC guest policies are applicable. The second Friday of each month is free guest day. Please contact our Membership department with any questions.
Q. Why are your membership rates not available on the website?
A. We offer a variety of membership options and many great incentives to join the club. To ensure you are getting the most up to date information we think it is best to set up an appointment to with a membership representative to discuss your opportunities.
Q. How do I change something on my membership?
A. Changes of address, financial information, cancellations and holds can easily be filled out at the front desk of LHFC. Simply fill out the appropriate form and submit it to the staff. If you have questions on one of these options, please see the Membership Department.
Q. How do I get started with personal training?
A. You may stop by the fitness desk to complete a personal training interest form and to learn more about our trainers. You may also look at the fitness staff profiles located upstairs in the cardio area of the fitness floor.
Q. I have an idea for an event for members and guests, who do I speak to?
A. We are always open to new ideas and events we think our members will enjoy. Please contact Beck McNabb, Program Director, at 847-535-7078.
Q. When I refer a friend to join LFHC, do I receive anything?
A. You certainly do. As long as your friend joins LHFC and notes that you are referring them to join, you will receive our monthly “Refer A Friend” gift.
