Welcome to Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center. From beginning exerciser to experienced athlete, you are sure to find a variety of amenities, equipment, and classes to meet your needs. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, and first-class instructors. Our professional staff is foremost in the area, teaching with an emphasis on fun, encouragement, wellness, and personal care! We're conveniently located on Route 45 just one mile North of Grand Avenue.
