What is BootCamp?
BootCamp is something different for everyone. For some, it's a brand new ball game, something they've never tried. It's a window to see what you're made of. For others, it's a logical next step in their journey to being a healthier person. Some find the feeling to be an intoxicating reminder of highschool, college, and before-I-got-to-feeling-old sports memories. But it's better than just memories, because it's real. Dear Mike and Beck,
Thanks for "the push" in the most recent Boot Camp. The Boot Camp took my fitness to a new level. I recently participated in the charity fund raising event in which participants climb the Sears Tower. I cut more than two minutes off my previous time. I know this was due to the increase in my fitness level as result of boot camp. And during boot camp, my 1.5 mile run time decreased as well.
Your positive attitudes and senses of humor were great at motivating the group.
