MASSAGE THERAPY
Swedish Massage - A theraputic, light to mild pressure massage using
various techinques to target trouble areas and restore function to
injured or over used muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage - Also referred to as a “Sports Massage”, this
treatment uses theraputic techniques that penetrate deep into the
muscle tissue and attachment sites resulting in overall body repair and
rejuvenation.
Hot Stone Massage - A unique approach for reducing body and mind
stress. This light pressure massage features warm oils and hot stones
gliding along the body with soft effleurage strokes.
