Wellness 180º™ Lite is a modified version of our nationally recognized Wellness 180º™ program and is for those individuals who would like to lose those stubborn five to 15 pounds.
Work hand in hand with both Certified Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians, who will teach you about healthy foods and fitness routines and enable you to continue your fitness goals long after the 10-week program has ended. Click here for our downloadable brochure.
Program Details
Wellness 180˚™ Lite classes consist of a
10-week monitored weight loss program
designed to help individuals develop a
healthier lifestyle based on their needs.
- Initial and Post Program Fitness and Biometric Assessments — Includes evaluations of BMI, waist and hip circumference, weigh-in, body composition, resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
- Smart Goals
- Meal Plans and Online Food Logs — Participants are expected to record their daily food intake in a personal food journal. Our Registered Dietitians will review and offer helpful suggestions for a more balanced diet.
- Two, One-hour Monitored Group Exercise Sessions Per Week — Work out with a Certified Personal Trainer and a small group of two to six other participants.
- One, 1-hour Wellness Coaching
Session Every Other Week — Topics
include nutrition, exercise, stress management and motivation. - Weekly Weigh-ins
Program Schedule
10-week sessions are offered three times
annually: in the Fall, Spring and Summer.
