Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers a diverse menu of Group Exercise Classes for all fitness levels for all ages. In our inclusive program, we offer over 100 cutting edge classes, 7 days a week at various times.

Standard Schedules
effective January 2 to March 4, 2012
- Cardio / Strength Studio Classes (.pdf file) - Classes such as Body Pump, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Step and Nia. (updated 1/20/12)
- Mind / Body Studio Classes (.pdf file) - Classes such as Pilates mat, Yoga, The Barre Class and Ballet.
- Spin Classes (.pdf file) - Classes such as Spin Skills & Drills, Spin for Endurance and Spin & Core.
- Active Older Adult Classes (.pdf file) - Classes such as Restorative Yoga, Better Bones, Ai Chi and Heart Plus.
- Warm Water Therapy (.pdf file) - Largest Arthritis Class program in the state! Arthritis classes are all instructed by Arthritis Foundation Certified Instructors. Also contains Fibromyalgia classes.
- Warm Water Therapy Pool Open Hours (.pdf file) - Take a look at the hours our therapy pool is available for open use.
- Aqua Classes (.pdf file) - Classes such as Aqua Aerobics and Triathlon Training are held in our lap pool.
- Wellness Classes (.pdf file) - Pre- and postnatal classes and programs for those at risk of cardiac disease.
