1-on-1 Pilates

The principle of Pilates is to develop the body and mind uniformly. The method is centered around the concepts of awareness, balance, breath, centering concentration, control, movement flow and precision.
The Pilates system yields numerous benefits:
- Deep, healthy breathing, which increases lung capacity and circulation
- Increased strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles
- Improved posture, balance and core strength
