Personal Training

The Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers a complete line of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility equipment. Our Personal Fitness Trainers can help you use this equipment properly within an effective fitness program to significant improve your overall results—whether you want to tone up, lose weight or gain strength.
Our personal training sessions are flexible and built around your schedule. We offer one-on-one sessions with a qualified trainer, as well as partner training, in 30-, 45- and 60-minute increments.
In addition, we provide the following unique training programs:

- Balance/Posture Training
- Educational Seminars/Workshops
- Exercise Incentive Programs
- Health Assessments
- Post-Rehabilitation Exercise
- Sport-Specific Training and Clinics
Each of our trainers holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health and/or exercise field of study, as well as one or more certifications through the following national associations:
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
