Four Occasions to Splurge
Control holiday eating by giving yourself just four occasions throughout the year to splurge on your favorite “not-so-good-for-you” foods—whether it’s your birthday, Christmas or New Year’s—and you’ll set yourself up for success at all the other events you attend through the year. The plan is especially helpful during the holiday season. Think back over 2011 and consider if you still have splurging occasions left to use.
