Off-Season Triathlon Training: Swim Transitions

Saturdays, 6:15 to 8:15 a.m.

Swim Transitions is a program designed for people who want to train with a motivated, fun team to keep fit and increase energy during the fall and winter months. It's also intended for new and experienced swimmers and triathletes who want to improve their performance, learn new techniques, build endurance and increase speed in the upcoming year.

This two-hour class combines challenging weekly swim workouts—designed to help you improve your technique, speed, and endurance in the water—with dry-land core, functional and strength training, spinning, running, kick boxing and other cross-training including Pilates and Yoga. You will improve your core strength and flexibility while increasing speed and building endurance.

Our team of certified and experienced coaches and instructors will add variety, education and fun to your workouts. Swim Transitions includes stroke evaluations and base testing at the beginning of the season, as well as retesting before the class ends. Our team members receive mid-week workouts, as well as personalized attention from the certified Tri-umph coaching staff throughout the season.
