The Health & Fitness Center offers a complete line of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility equipment. Proper use of this equipment within an effective program could significantly improve the results you are seeking.  That is where personal fitness training comes in.

If you need a more personalized approach, we offer one-on-one training with our qualified trainers who can help you achieve your goals. In addition, we also offer partner training.

Programs to meet your objectives:

Whether you want to tone-up, lose weight, or gain strength we have it all! Personal training sessions are flexible and built around your schedule. Options include 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions.

At the Health & Fitness Center, all of our trainers hold Bachelor's or Master's degrees in a health and/or exercise field of study, as well as one or more certifications through the following associations:

American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
American Council on Exercise (ACE)               
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
