A Fitness Assessment is administered by one of our Certified Exercise Specialists. They use the technologically advanced MicroFit program to provide you accurate information about your current fitness levels, body composition, cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, blood chemistry, and other baseline measurements. The results of your assessment are essential for developing your personalized fitness program. Track your progress through regular assessments and documentation of your achievements.

Basic Assessment - Assesses your current fitness level, body composition, cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.
Complete Assessment - Includes Total Cholesterol and Glucose readings along with assessing you current fitness level, body composition, cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.
Body Composition - Assesses height, Weight, Body Fat %, Body Circumferences and Waist to hip ratio
Non-Cardiovascular Assessment - Assess Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, Flexibility, Strength, Glucose, Total Cholesterol

Bone Density NEW! - Bone Density Scanning, also called dual-energy x-ray absortiometry (DXA) is an enhanced form of x-ray technology that is used to measure bone loss. DXA is today’s established standard for measuring Bone Mineral Density (BMD). A bone density test uses x-rays to measure how many grams of calcium and otherbone minerals are packed into segment of bone. A bone density test is a fairly accurate predictor of your risk of fracture.
Lipid Profile NEW! - A Lipid and Glucose panel is a fasting blood draw through a finger poke that will assess the following:
- Total Cholesterol
- HDL (High Density Lipoprotein)
- Triglycerides
- Glucose
- TC/HDL Ratio
- Estimate of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) and VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein)
